We provide both in writing at the conclusion of every project. If anything isn't right in the first year of operation, we come back, no questions asked.
Do you handle HOA-required color or style approvals?
Yes, we're familiar with HOA approval processes throughout the Denver metro and Lakewood areas. We can provide product spec sheets, color samples, and documentation your HOA needs to review the request. We recommend initiating the HOA approval process early, and we're happy to prepare the paperwork package alongside your product selection.
